Study On The Layout Of Gas Stations In Our Country's City

With the automobile industry development, the gas station as the automobile safeguardbecomes popular and is an important constitution in the urban production, life and ecologyenvironment. In a sense, the quality of the gas station construction is possibly to determine onthe urban overall image and even comprehensive strength. The paper analyzes the influencingfactors of the gas station layout, the basic principle of the gas station construction,development experience of the overseas gas station, the domestic gas station investigationmaterial and then discovers some problems of our urban gas station layout such as plan,examination, surveillance, management and so on. Through the qualitative study andquantitative study, this paper has conducted system analysis on the gas station's investmentcharacteristic, client target, equipment characteristic, and production safety and so on.According to the influencing factors and the basic principle of the gas station layout ,thepaper has established the relationship between the gas station scale and the efficiency as wellas the user consumption, the multi-objective restraints distributive model of gas station scaleand quantity, determined the gas station selected location's preliminary alternative plan, andproposed the appraisal model according to the demand of the urban users, the fee of refuel, thesecurity and the environment. The whole models carry on the confirmation in Chengdu districtgas stations. Finally the paper proposed the urban gas station layout propositions from threeaspects: the macroscopic management aspect, the intermediate perspective aspect and themicroscopic architectural design. Hoping through carrying out all of these programs tocertificate and norm the oil products market, the layout of gas station will be more and morecanonical and reasonable. It will promote economy and society harmony development.
