With the rapid change of business environment, managers depend on information systems increasingly. Many Chinese enterprises have implemented Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in order to obtain competitive advantage.Although the acceptance and use of end-users is very important for the success of ERP, there are few researchs on the topic of End-Users of ERP in China. This research was based on the theories of Task-Technology Fit (TTF), Technology-Perforance Chain Model and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in order to understand the relationship between several Critical Success Factors (CSFs) of ERP implementation and the performance of end-user through the Perceived Usefulness(PU) and TTF as the media variables. TTF was measured by Job Compatibility (JC), Perceived Ease of use (PE) and Information Quality (IQ).Totally, 121 samples were collected from 40 enterprises throughout the country. The conclusion is as below:First, All of CSFs have impacts on the performance of end-users in different ways.Top Management Support (TMS) and User Participation (UP) have impacts on JC, Line Manangers Support (LMS) has impacts on PU and JC, Training and Education (TE) has impacts on JC and IQ, Information Technology Support (ITS) has impacts on IQ and PE.Second, TTF have significant effects on PU, JC is the most importance factors of three and then is IQ and PE.Third, The performance of end-users was determined by the perceptions of TTF and PU. JC is the the most predictialbe factor of four factors and then is PU, IQ and PE.Fourth, Personal innovativeness with technology has a positive effect on the end-user's perceptions on ERP. This research has found that End-users with different level of use and different involvement into implementation have differences on perceptions of ERP. ERP vendors also have impacts on IQ and PE.Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.
