Factor Analysis, Based On The Performance Impact Of Enterprise Cooperation And Innovation Projects Relatively Idle Resources

Focusing on the subject of influencing factors on the cooperative innovation between enterprises based on the relative idle resource (RIR), this paper tries to grope for ways to improve the performance of cooperative innovation based on RIR in China by controlling those factors. The whole paper is divided into three sections: theoretical discussion, empirical research and study conclusion.In the section of the theoretical discussion, development trend of the research of cooperative innovation is reviewed, which highlights the fact that cooperative innovation is a very important research field which has significant practical significance. It has influences the competitive of enterprises in China, also it is the exploration for suitable development policies in the after-scale economy in China. Based on the research of the relative idle resource, cooperative innovation, and key successful factors in cooperative innovation both in China and abroad, the author forms the dominate directing idea of the whole paper and puts forward the corresponding theory hypothesis and research model.In the second part, by questionnaire investigation among nearly 100 enterprises and quantitative analysis of the results, the author concludes totally 12 factors that influence the cooperative innovation based on relative idle resource in China in terms of project characteristic, project team, relative idle resources, safeguard, and environment. And then further validation of the relationship between those factors and the performance of cooperative innovation based on relative idle resource is given, in order to find out the key influencing factors and the model, which constructs the relationship between the influencing factors and innovation performance. The research goes in two stages: the first stage is expert visiting and literature referring, which tries to find out the composing of the performance of cooperative innovation based on RIR and some influencing factors, then forming and validating the tentative idea of the research. The second stage is questionnaire investigation, case study and results analysis.In the last section, the author makes the explanation of the research result and advices on improving the performance of the cooperative innovation based on relative idle resource in China.
