Beginning from development significance of youth tourism, the paper analyses the realistic meaning of developing Chinese college student tourism market, by comparing the difference of college students' tourism activities between China and other countries. Chinese college students are the main body of youth tourism markets in China, so the development of college students tourism activities have the positive function and the significance to the Chinese society's development. Looked from the view of education, the college students'tourism activities can promote college students' comprehensive quality, and will strengthen our country future talented person's competitive power. Looked from the traveling economy development , being a large traveling expense community, college students' traveling activities widely spread is helpful in promoting the Chinese tourism market development, and s helpful in impelling Chinese tourism income.Then from the expense present situation, the consumption structure and expense pattern, the paper as analyzed the Chinese present college student's expense basic condition, summarized the contemporary university student's expense behavior characteristic. Basing on it, the paper carry on a deeply analysis to college students' travels expense behaviors, unifying the Xi'an university student's traveling expense behavior investigation. Mainly from the Chinese university student's traveling manners, the ideas and the motives, the traveling favor, the traveling expense behavior space and time rules and the economic law ,it comes the comprehensive analysis China college student's traveling demands, and gets the following conclusions: (1) The college students hold the affirmative manner to traveling behavior, during the school period, and college students' traveling wishes are stronge. Collge student's traveling motives are multiplical, but have a certain perceptual expense characteristics. Their traveling decision-making behaviors have a certain impulsive expense characteristics.
