Anti-monopoly is the common task of the market economic countries. Compared with the Western Countries, China is in transition from planned economy to market economy changes, with its Anti-monopoly not deriving from economic monopoly, but from the inertia of the system, relying on trails, reform's incompetence such as excessive government regulations and local protectionism.
