After china entered WTO, it brings an unprecedented opportunity and huge challenge for the development of Chinese economy. As the energy consumption is the engine of economy boom, it takes an outstanding position. This new change gives out a new subject for our energy structure. In order to subject to the new trend, our country apply "west-east gas pipeline" project, and set the natural gas into the leading degree. But in some place where can not be radiated by natural gas pipeline, especially in southern area which has a highly developing economy, considering import LNG is as the main source and building the LNG receiving terminal can solve the problem as well as accord with the world trend. For LNG receiving terminal, the large investment determine the strong relying on the market after constructing. Therefore, I'd like to link the LNG usage of Zhengchen city (Guangdong province) to compare the multi-feasibility of transport from LNG receiving terminal to down stream. Through analysis the engineering and economy for the three ways, e.g. Pipeline, LNG and CNG, we can get the applicability of different way.My paper is basically segmented into three partss: firstly, analysis the energy structure of Japan, the variety of LNG ratio in the energy consumption and the usage of LNG in Japan, so that we can know the significance of LNG. In the mean time, the market of worldwide LNG supply and the LNG shipping market data is very important for us when we talk about LNG market, and it can prove the necessity and feasibility for our country importing LNG. Secondly, I'll focus on the function of LNG receiving terminal so that I can easily outspread the core text of my paper. Thirdly, I'll integrate the LNG utilization of Pearl River delta to analyze the engineering conditions, economy situation, constructing cycle, investment, safety and reliability and the impact to the local environment, so that it can be reflected the reasonable transport method in different capacity and distance.
