It is a historical leap of the marketing research since 1950's that marketing becomes management-oriented. At the very beginning, the elite of marketing management is Enterprises' adaptation to the on-changing environmen creative-ly, then Strategies are taken into consideration .Nowadays Marketing becomes an integrated and directed science, which directs strategical plans of local enterprises, performance of marketing managers, the standardization, adaptation, coherence and diversity of an Enterprise under the global management.This thesis is according to the Marketing strategy management theory, uses the analysis method of "SWOT"( strengthes, weakness, opportunities and threats), researches both of international and local biologic pharmacy industry deeply, combines the reality of ZhongFa Biology Pharmacy Corp and different goals in its respective developing periods, judges strengths, weakness,opportunities and threats for the enterprise and its external environment. On the basis of above works, the thesis identifies the enterprise's core competences, which constitutes its independent intellective property right ,good production quality, powerful ability of research & development , high credit standing in society and excellent leadership. According to ZhongFa's current situation, which the whole enterprise is in the bottleneck period, and is going to step into its expanding period, this thesis also identifies specific marketing plan. This marketing plan accelerates and perfects respective important aspects of the enterprise such as organization structure, the regulation and system of management, Human resource management, IT exchanging, etc. All of these are the preparation for the coming era of new knowledge and economy.
