Applying the researching method of combining the positive study with standard analysis, basing on the study to encouragement theory and the analysis to encouragement methods and skills, this article concludes the characteristics of the encouragement mechanisms of the Mining Industry Co., analysis the demand advantage of the current staffs, puts forward the principles of basic ideas founding the encouragement mechanisms , the encouragement system and model and its policy direction.Through the analysis of the Mining Industry Co.'s present encouragement mechanisms , the article thinks, that developing demands is the main one among the current staffs' demands. Influenced by the benefit, sex, ages etc., the staffs' young-aged demands is distinctly higher than the old-aged ones, and it has the characteristics. Also, this article advances that establishing the encouragement mechanisms should meet the staffs' demanding; insist on the principles of importance, squeeze, creation, system and the principles of combing the flexibility and stability and able to handle principle; begin from establishing the perfect assessing system according to the scientific contribution, going on the reform to distributing system; improves the substance encouragement mechanisms. To establish the active staff-being used encouragement mechanisms, we should begin from the staff being used system reform, assisted with spirits and feelings. We should mainly encourage the marketing managers and the science and technology staffs, found the encouragement mechanisms full of competition , attraction and combining various encourage models, set the basic to the development of our Mining Industry Co..Through detailed research, this article basically finds the solution to the factual problem of establishing the encouragement mechanisms according to the encourage theory and using the successful experience for reference, solves the problem to choose the mechanisms system, model and policy, deeply understands the encourage theory, emphasizes the guiding function of theory, lays a foundation to establish the Mining Industry Co.'s encouragement mechanisms, and it also offers the decision reference and support to make full use encourage resources, drives the staffs's activity, improves the development of enterprise man-power resources.
