China International Pharmaceutical Group Corporation is one of the largest medicine trade enterprises in china. With new Chinese development in this field, it is necessary to look back and absorb something from the past so that the further study of human resources management can be carried out successfully. Base on the research method of documentation, interview, and questionnaire, this article has researches and studies of present situation and statistics of Human Resources Management in the corporation, the part of OCB is conducted by the research method of questionnaire. Through a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the result of the researches and studies, it is found that this corporation has developed an effective system of Human Resources Management from the basic management and service at the primary stage to the sound system and complete implementation at the developed stage. The corporation put what it learned from others into practice and enhances the competitive capability of its own. Based on the information indicated from the researches and studies, an international Human Resources Management Strategy is necessary to the establishment of international medicine trade cooperation as a combination of technology, industry and trade. This strategy can support the enterprise to make an integrative strategy regarding its development in the following ways: 1. Confirm and choose talents who are suitable to the development of the organization. 2. Encourage the talents to work hard and maintain them for the corporation. 3. Cultivate talents for the future. 4. Relieve the work pressure from the staff and keep them feel satisfied. 5. Create an appropriate atmosphere of the organization and foster a sense of acceptance and dedicated spirit of the staff for the corporation. The aim of this research is to provide the enterprise with basic information and reference for the followed reform and improvement of the Human Resource Management and meanwhile to reflect the present situation and features of Human Resource Management in our state owned enterprises in medicine field even in all the state owned enterprises.
