With the globalization of economic integration and trade development, business competition is increasingly dependent on the allocation of human resources in knowledge economy era, especially for transportation construction enterprise, human resources are the most important and most creative resources, that affect the survival and determinants of development. HR organizations for the efficiency of human resources play an important role.This paper uses theoretical and empirical analysis methods, the latest human resources through basic theory and analysis of historical data, both qualitative and quantitative aspects of the Tianjin Dredging Company Limited human resources management to analyze the situation, pointed out that the existing problems in the management of human resources as well as the reasons behind the problem, human resources management reform and innovation must continue to meet the needs of rapid development of enterprises. Finally, the theory of human resource management and the CCCC Dredging of Tianjin combining the actual situation, made recommendations for improvement of human resources management and countermeasures.This article is intended in the original management of human resources, based on continuous improvement and innovation, the establishment can meet,the inherent requirements of the rapid development of enterprises, but also has strong operational management, to raise the CCCC Dredging of Tianjin efficiency of human resources management, implementation and business development of the scale and effectiveness of harmonization.
