In the era of knowledge economy, human resource is the first resource, the final analysis, competition among enterprises is the competition of human resources, human resources management is the driving force and source of sustainable development. In this thesis, based on China's accession to WTO, enterprises should compete with world-class, we must attach importance to corporate human resources, planning, science and reasonable to strengthen the human resource management, human resources, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. With China North Industries 051 bases, human resources management discussed the status and problems, and analyzes the reason, there are some specific measures to solve problems of human resources management in order to get enterprises to maximize economic and social benefits, improve enterprise's core competitiveness, promote the sustainable development of enterprisesThis article is divided into six parts, the first part of the introduction. Number of employees from the base status, educational background, ability and quality, job structure were discussed. And on this basis, analysts pointed out that the existing base of human resources management issues, and conduct from the traditional planned economic system, state-owned enterprises managed by the special nature of the impact of professional quality by the manager for three reasons analysis.
