The author analyzes the qualification and the environment of Dalian Rich Environment-Protection Co., Ltd. with the method of strategy management and marketing. Through inspection, she finds that the main opportunities of the company are the enhance of the people's living level with the development of the economy, the policies' support from the government, the height of price of houses and the decrease of the relevant cost. The main threats are the lag in the thoughts of fitness, ignorance of the air pollution indoors, the irregular of the market and the mess of the products. The strengths of the company are its excellent product, low costs, powerful marketing system, better social relation. The shortcomings of the company are high price, difficulties in new market entering, scarce of promotion and HR, imperfection of the promotion channels.On the base of SWOT, the author brings out a set of strategy for the company. She thought the multi-development, and making a complete set of products' line, enhancing the quality of the product and lowering the price are necessary. So the departments must work together to clear up the disadvantages and make sure the implement of the strategy.
