Internationalization is a kind of globalization of rescores a I locating, a transition of its method, that is to say, to take full advantage of the global rescores and to allocate it reasonably, to manufacture products of low-cost and high-quality.The paper, through looking through the surroundings indoors and oversea and the state of the home electric appliance circle industry, aim to look for reasons of international ization and the three models through which to go to internationalization as well as their advantages and disadvantages ,and to explore the reasons why difficulties arise when internationalizing and strategies to overcome them. The paper consists of the following parts:The first part introduces the state of china home electric appliance industry, the international economic background and trend of the internationalization, setting the base for the following analysis.In the second part, several theories about internationalization and its developing date are presented.The next part analyses the causes of the internationalization of china home electric appliance corporations from points of view of indoors and oversea, in the near future and long term.The fourth part analyses by classification the internationalization model of china home electric appliance corporations. There are about three models: expert model, purchase model, and FDI model, whose advantages and disadvantages are presented as well.The difficulties of internationalization of home electric appliance corporations are discussed in the fifth part. They are probed into from the point of politics, ideology, custom, benefits, culture and their forces macroscopically;and from social duty, aware of brand, spirit of market competition microcosmically.The sixth parts are about the strategy of internationalization of homeelectric appliance corporations' .the following ideas are presented: gradual ness, specialty, paying attention to corporation culture, brand, technical, and enforcing the combination organically of integrativation and I oca Ii zat i on, etc.
