The spread of news accelerate these days with the development of the technologyand Internet. All companies live in a small village that anybody can keep their eyes onthe companies move. With this environment, companies should always be aware oftheir image and keep it as an asset. Anything that opposite to their image-buildingprobably makes the company destroyed.A company can benefit really a lot from media but also will suffer a lot from it.One by one hero were setup and killed by media. For many national companies, theydo not pay a lot of attention to the relationship with media, without a scientific systemin how to make, improve and lead the public opinion in use of media.The article starts from the relationship between media and Corporate Image, andthen tries to focus on how media influences the Corporate Image with the literaturereview and case analysis, finally the article reaches the result that corporate can treatmedia as a powerful tool to improve Corporate Image and shows some advices.Image is very important to a company, the article aims to give some reference todomestic companies with how to deal with media and how to build good publicopinion with the help of media. In the real world, media is a powerful tool if it isunderstood completely and dealt with right.
