In the context of media socialization and social media,media is not only mirror,but also constructive.Beauvoir,a representative of feminism,pointed out that women were not born,but shaped,and the media had a strong "interpretation" and shaping function for women.In the new media space characterized by mobile and socialization,the image presentation and shaping of women show new characteristics.The rise of short videos featuring Tiktok has provided a broad platform for women to make their voices heard,as well as a more open possibility and diversified appearance for the presentation of contemporary female images.With its extensive user base,Tiktok has become an important window for observing people's social activities and an important stage for the image presentation of young women.The emotions,passions,specialties and traces of life of young women can be found in Tiktok.Because they present the image of each has his strong point in the trill,combined with hot push trill "magnifying effect",leading to some controversial phenomenon is infinite amplification,caused the discussion of the people and the media,bring young female image rendering the diversity and multifaceted,there are a lot of negative labels and treating women with breath.From the perspectives of self-presentation theory,gaze theory and her economy,this paper studies the female images presented by young women on Tiktok by means of literature research and case analysis.This paper is divided into five parts.The introduction part introduces the research background and significance of this paper,literature review,research methods,research emphases,difficulties and innovation points.In the first chapter,self-presentation theory,stereotype theory,her economy and feminism are analyzed.Secondly,the research problems and design of this paper are put forward.The second chapter analyzes the image presentation of young women in Tiktok short videos from three aspects: polarizing consumption image,personalized image of female role shaping,and functional image in relationship communication.The third chapter analyzes the young women in the trill on normal characteristics and characteristics of negative state and normal characteristics mainly for young women on the trill appear active,hard as the state of the negative state feature from the current social existence for women "stigmatized" analysis,such as pseudo feminist,excessive entertainment,gender labels.The fourth chapter analyzes the motivation of young women's image presentation from three aspects: female autonomy and discourse power,social empowerment and female image management,gender market domestication and image consumption.In Chapter 5,this study hopes to explore an effective path to construct a more sound young female image by analyzing the characteristics and motivations of young women's self-presentation on Tiktok.Therefore,this paper analyzes both women themselves and Tiktok platform,hoping to put forward feasible suggestions for the construction of a better Tiktok female image.
