This dissertation starts with review of abundant literature and summarizes the concept of OEM/ODM, and the deficiency of current research on relationship between the OBM and their corresponding OEM/ODMs.On the basis of theoretical analysis, this dissertation brings forward the model and hypotheses of empirical research, makes a questionnaire investigation of OEM/ODMs and analyzes the result of about 153 questionnaires with SPSS.According to the result of investigation and data anylysis, several research conclusions have been drawn and research model and hypotheses have been adjusted. It is pointed out that conversion cost, mutual dependence, cooperation culture, confidence, promises and reputation are the six main social factors which influence the relationship of the cooperation between the OBM and their corresponding OEM/ODMs. And the compactness, persistence, and wideness are the main three indexes to measure their cooperation relationship. And the relationship between the social six factors and the indexes of cooperation relationship will be interacted by factors which include the enterprise type, technology type, OEM/ODM type, and so on.Besides, this dissertation summarizes the characteristics of social economical factors for high cooperation relationship of OBM and their corresponding OEM/OBMs. This provides a good suggestion for the OBMs which want to have a better cooperations relationship from their corresponding OEM/OBMs.
