Study On The Partnership Relationship Simulation Between Manufacturers And Suppliers Based On MAS

Changes in marketing environment make competition shift from corporation competition to supply chain competition, and the strategy cooperation has become the main strategy used by manufacturing Industrial Corporation. The core problem of supply chain operation is no longer about the production manufacturing or distribution, but that how to choose right supply chain partner and promote speedy response on market and environment changes of the whole supply chain, and supplier plays important role in this problem. That different element and strategy concerned about and adopted by manufacturing corporation (purchasing side) and supplier (supplying side) which differ in corporation strength, leads to different relationship between these two sides. Thus, research on relationship between manufacturing corporation and supplier has very important meaning to manufacturing corporations.Based on gathering a large amount of recourses and on-the-spot investigation, the relationship between manufacturing corporation and supplier has three pattern, including manufacturing corporation in advantage, manufacturing corporation and supplier well match with each other, and manufacturing corporation in disadvantage. The manufacturing corporation in advantage has right of choice and control to supplier, the key point of research is on strategy of supplier choice. Manufacturing corporation and supplier those well match in strength build cooperation relationship after repeated games. Manufacturing corporation in disadvantage and position of being controlled needs to motivate suppliers to building cooperation relationship. MAS (Multi-Agent System) is composed of autonomous and partially autonomous agents, which are interacting and cooperating in working to execute task or achieve goals. Supply chain is a complex system in which members have the characteristic of Agent, and the supply chain is a MAS. Researches on manufacturing corporation and supplier based on MAS and Netlogo simulation platform, simulating relationship between manufacturing corporation and supplier, can reflect developing process of cooperation relationship and providing research method on finding systemic solution.This thesis constructs model of and simulates each pattern, using simulating method to analyze developing process of cooperation relationship between manufacturing corporation and supplier, analyzes negative influence, loss and corrective action when this corporation relationship break. The cooperation relationship ensures the supplier's profit in a long term and be beneficial to long development of corporation.
