| As the society advances, especially with the fast pace of the globalization in economy, the diversity in cultures and the trend of information networking, enterprises will be facing competing stress in a lot more perspectives. Faced with challenges, excellent enterprises have put their creativity development into their strategic alignment, making creativity essentially vigorous to the whole enterprise. New focus on the organizational management and development has therefore emerged with such a time circumstance. Pursuit for capital, raw materials and production efficiency doesn't fade back though. Yet, it's mostly the employees' creativity that the enterprises have put more efforts on even though this creativity as a crucial competency seems very different to handle and take control. Creativity of the organizational human resources is actually where enterprises get resources for continual creativity.This article, focusing on the research of creativity of employees in enterprises, together with previous research based on management and psychology theories, specifically discusses the influence of organizational innovation climate on the employees' creativity and its mechanism. Starting out with reviewing and illustrating the individual and organizational factors in affecting employees' creativity based on a number of referencing material study, the article attempts to model the process of the influence of organizational innovation climate on the employees' creativity with featuring organizational and individual factors by relevant case study. Later on, the original idea and supposition is mostly approved by a questionnaire survey of 181 enterprise employees. Finally, the article comes into the conclusion:(1) No distinctive influence has been observed as demographic variables such as gender, age, education level, and occupation, etc exert on the organizational innovation climate perception, intrinsic motivation, creative self-efficacy, mental involvement and creativity of the employees.(2) The creativity of employees is affected by factors on the layers of organizational work environment, supervisor, and job characteristics, among which, the job characteristics has the most influential effect.(3) Significant influences on creativity have been seen from the employees' intrinsic motivation, creative self-efficacy and mental involvement, while the intrinsicmotivation of employees count the most.(4) The influence of organizational innovation climate on the creativity of employees is indirect, with the intermediation of employee intrinsic motivation, creative self-efficacy and mental involvement.(5) The strategy to stimulate the employees' creativity should be building up the work environment to support their creativity and training team leaders with creative and instructive leadership as well as supporting creativity and creative work planning. |
