With the development of the trend of economic globalization,the competition fields of Chinese enterprises expand from domestic to international,the operating environment is more complex and changeable,the market demand is more diversified,and the competition pressure is increasing.In China,the economy has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development,and economic development has entered a "new normal".The state advocates to enhance the capacity for independent innovation and implement the strategy of innovation-driven development.Innovation drive replaces capital drive in China’s development strategy.In the fierce competitive environment,only through continuous innovation to meet the needs of market diversification,enterprises can stand and develop.Creativity is the source of innovation and the source of the core competitiveness of enterprises.As the main body of enterprise innovation activities,the creativity of employees directly affects the innovation ability of enterprises.Therefore,how to improve the creativity of employees is the difficulty and focus to be solved urgently,and it is the guarantee for the survival and development of enterprises.The academic research on creativity began in the middle of the 20th century.It expanded from the initial field of psychology to sociology,education,management and other fields,and has always been the focus of scholars.The formation mechanism of employees’ creativity is very complex.It is not only influenced by individual’s internal motivation,knowledge and skills,as well as creative input process,but also influenced by situational factors.In addition,psychological cognition also has a great influence on employees’ creativity.In the theory and era background,this study based on system theory,social cognitive theory of creativity,role identity theory,from the perspective of individual and organizational level interaction,aims to study how common between organizational factors and employees self affect employee creativity,analyzed the influence of organizational innovation climate on employee creativity mechanism,and build the theoretical model of creative self-efficacy and creative role identity as intermediary variable.Reading the related literature at home and abroad,this paper explore the influence factors of creativity and affect the path,carding the research status of four variables,and the Chinese enterprise employees as the research object,collected 331 valid questionnaires,combined with the method of literature analysis,questionnaire and data analysis,using SPSS analysis tools to study the relationship between organizational innovation climate,employee creativity,creative self-efficacy,and creative role identity;the hypothetical model is tested,and the results show that:(1)Organizational innovation climate and its three sub-dimensions(work environment and atmosphere,leadership style and effectiveness,task characteristics)have a significant positive impact on creative self-efficacy,creative role identity and employee creativity;Both creative role identity and creative self-efficacy have a significant positive impact on employee creativity;(3)Creative role identity plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between organizational innovation climate and its three sub-dimensions and employee creativity;(4)Creative self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in the relationship between organizational innovation climate and its three sub-dimensions and employee creativity.(5)Creative role identity has a significant positive effect on creative self-efficacy;(6)Creative self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary role in the process of creative role identity affecting creativity.
