Along with the Chinese economy integrating with the world,the scope of enterprise competition is expanding from domestic to international.Who can win in the competition,the key is to see who can quickly change to adapt to market changes,which in the final analysis depends on the level of creativity of employees.Therefore,how to stimulate the creativity of the employees of the organization has an important influence on the sustainable development of an enterprise.According to the creative interaction model,this paper argues that factors of situation in organizational climate has an important impact on employee creativity,and creatively put individual factors into their creative self-efficacy study.Based on the background above and research needs,A large number of domestic and foreign literature is reviewed and the research status of these three variables is reviewed in this paper,at the same time,we make use of the mature scale of foreign countries.275 questionnaires were used to investigate the relationship among organizational climate,employee creativity and creative self-efficacy of the three groups.Through the study we found,first: In the three dimensions of organizational climate,innovation atmosphere and fair atmosphere have an important impact on employee creativity;Second: Creative self-efficacy plays a moderating role between organizational climate(and dimensions)and employee creativity.Among them,moderating effect of creative self-efficacy between friendly atmosphere and employee creativity is bigger than the moderating effect between innovation atmosphere and employee creativity,regulate fair atmosphere relative to the other two dimensions,and the moderating role between fair atmosphere and employee creativity is smaller relative to the other two dimensions.
