China's Private Enterprises, Credit Risk Management System Study

Along with the fast development of economy, new characteristics have taken place in Chinese economy, and there are great changes in the existence environment of enterprise such as domestic and international competition turning further intense and buyer market being just in the formation. Under this situation, trade method is transferring gradually from cash transaction to credit. Credit economy is developing prosperously and credit sale (sale on account) is becoming one of the main means. At the same time, along with various trade ways, credit receivable become bad debt in great quantities, which makes enterprise sink into the difficult situation of sale and getting back the funds. Because of its problem of private-owed enterprise, the risk that credit receivable brings is more hare to control , which results in floating fund shortage and restricts the development private-owned enterprise themselves. Therefore, valid control strategy and credit risk management system become one of the problems that are necessary to solve urgently.Based on the theory of credit risk management, this thesis puts forward that the credit risk system should be set up by anatomizing the development of our country private-owned enterprise. Firstly this thesis introduces our country economic characteristics nowadays , and then analyzes the influence to our country private-owned enterprise from economic development nowadays. On this foundation, this theses clarifies that it is important to strengthen the credit risk management in private-owned enterprise. Secondly, this thesis clarifies the theory of credit risk management and then anatomizes the present condition and the problem of private-owned enterprise credit risk management. Finally, credit risk management system on private-owned enterprise is set up. This thesis makes key research on the whole process control on credit receivable in the process of commodity exchange.
