Comparative Study About The Impact Of Environmental Policies On The Use Of Natural Resources

The paper introduced the environment concept and the environment policy concept firstly. Then it analysized the China and Japan environment policy system frame and content, drawed the following conclusions:" (1)The environment policy system of China is comparatively similar to Japan's;(2) The Japanese environmental law aims at the special questions, dealing with environmental pollution questions" , and so on.When analysizing the regulatory policies of the natural resource utilizing in China and Japan, the paper took the forest felling quota regime as the research object. After analysizing both countries' forest resources situation, the utilizing condition, as well as their implements situation, the paper showed the problems of the forest felling quota regime in China, and put forward the corresponding policy proposal and the measure.When analysizing the economic policies of the natural resource utilizing of China and Japan, the paper took water fee policy as the research object, Through the comparative analysis of both countries water resources situation, the utilizing condition, as well as both countries' water fee policy historical evolution and the development, the paper took the water fee policy of Beijing and Tokyo as the case, and put forward the corresponding policy proposal and the measure.When analysizing the environmental education in China and Japan, the paper has mainly carried on the analysis in following three aspects: (1) China' s environmental education situation and its influence to the natural resource;(2) Japan's environmental education situation and its influence to the natural resource;and so on.Finally, through summarizing the full text, the paper generalized the advantages of environmental policies in Japan, and put forward author's proposal and the measure of China.Graduate student: Sarina (Population, Resource and Environment Economics) Directed by Prof. Yucai Dai...
