Tibet Regional Trade Harmony With The Environment To Development Problems

With the development of the world economy and the rise of the global environmental protection, sustainable development has become the common understanding of international community. The issue of trade and environment is getting one of the focuses in international political and economic society.Tibet Autonomous Region has expanded foreign trade, attracted investment and strengthened economy cooperation, so the development of foreign trade has a good trend now. Compared with other province, the environment of Tibet Autonomous Region is worse. The kinds of export product are limited, grain and oil, livestock product, carpet and light industry product are the main export products, but these products need sacrifice the environment. Although the issue of trade and environment of Tibet Autonomous Region is not serious, the environment is very flimsy. So when developing foreign trade, Tibet Autonomous Region should give importance to the harmonious development issue of trade and environment.Employing the method of theoretical and empirical analysis and on the base of analyzing the relationship between trade and environment, the author analyzes the actuality of the trade and environment of Tibet Autonomous Region. The contradiction between trade and environment of Tibet Autonomous Region is not very serious now, but once the environment was destroyed, it would be very hard to resume. So the author comes up with some suggestion to realize the coordination between trade and environment. This paper fills up the research blank of the trade and environment issue of Tibet Autonomous Region, it has important academic and practical meaning and may give reference to implement the sustainable development stratagem of Tibet Autonomous Region. The article can be divided into five parts. The first part describes the research actuality of the issue of trade and environment overseas and at home, the aim and sense of the research;the second part discusses the relationship between trade and environment, and the basic principles of the international community to harmonize the issue of trade and environment;the third part gives the method to solve the problem;and the fourth part dissertates the actuality of trade and environment of Tibet Autonomous Region, and some contradiction between trade and environment;in the last part, according to the advanced international experience, the author proposes some countermeasures to harmonize the relationship between trade and environment of Tibet Autonomous Region.
