Tibet is the main body of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,with high altitude,vast territory,complex natural conditions,different ecological environment,and fragile ecological environment shows many types,wide range,rapid evolution of time and space and so on.Tibet is not only China's extremely strong ecological fragile areas,but also China's Tibetan populated and relatively poor areas.At the same time,Tibet is located in a unique tectonic location,with good mineralization geological conditions,so bred the rich mineral resources.Tibet mining industry has provided important energy and raw material protection for economic and social development.At the same time,it has a significant impact on regional economic development,and it is one of the pillar industries of the region's national economic development.What's more,it is the core power and important signs to promote the rapid development of the surrounding industries and to reflect the region's economy Level and comprehensive strength.From the economic development activities and the evolution of the ecological environment of the historical process,the ecological environment is the material basis of economic development activities,and economic development activities is the main source of dynamic evolution of the ecological environment.In recent decades,the relationship between the ecological environment and human activities has been further strengthened,and the ecological environment has been increasingly affected by human economic development activities.Therefore,for the fragile ecological environment,what we should not do is to completely develop and utilize economic development.However,we are supposed to adapt to changes in the ecological environment and adapt to the fragile ecological environment,ultimately leading to avoid its further deterioration of the adverse direction to achieve the environment and local human life continuous development and improvement.Coupling in physics refers to the phenomenon in which two(or more)systems or forms of motion interact with each other through various interactions.When it comes to the development of mining and fragile ecological zone on the distribution,coupling refers to the consistency on geographical distribution,resulting from the interrelation and mutual influence between the mining development and fragile ecological environment.How to realize the benign coupling of miningdevelopment and fragile ecological zone distribution will help to analyze the economic development model of ecologically fragile areas and provide decision-making basis for the sustainable development of green mining economy in ecologically fragile areas.The contradiction between mining economy and environmental contradiction in poor areas is more concentrated in the contradiction between ecological environment vulnerability and mining economic development.This paper systematically investigates and studies the present situation of mineral resources development and utilization in Tibet Autonomous Region,analyzes the contribution of mining to regional economic development,and explores and summarizes the theoretical basis of green mining economic development.On the basis of this,the characteristics of ecological crisp zone are defined and analyzed.The ecological fragility of Tibet is evaluated and zoned.The characteristics of ecosystems in different fragile areas are elucidated.The benign coupling relationship between ecological environment and mining economy is analyzed,and the path and development model of green mining economic growth is put forward.This paper discusses the policy suggestions on the exploitation and utilization of fragile ecological areas in Tibet,the ecological environment protection and the sustainable development of green mining economy.The main contents of thesis is as follows:Chapter 1 Introduction.This paper expounds the purpose and significance of the thesis,and summarizes the field of economic development of green mining both at home and abroad from the perspective of academic research and application,and puts forward the significance of the green mining economic development model in the ecotone of Tibet.The main points,ideas,basic framework,field research and data collection,main research methods and main contents of the paper are highly integrated,and the key innovation points in the paper are pointed out.Chapter 2 explores and summarize the theoretical basis of green mining economic development.Green mining economy is in the process of mining development and utilization,using eco-economic theory as a guide,comprehensively using of green mining technology system,based on environmental disturbance in the process of mining development and utilization not greater than the regional environmental capacity and self-purification capacity,optimize the allocation of mineral resources to achieve the best economic,community harmony,eco-friendly environment of an economic form.Mining development and utilization will definitely produce negative externalities,andhave obvious two-way utility,resulting in both positive and negative values.When ?V>0,the maximum of the comprehensive value in social-economic-environmental system will be achieved.In industrial ecology theory,The mining system is similar to the biology ecosystem,linking the relevant industry chain into a huge symbiosis network,achieving the lowest waste emissions while achieving higher productivity,increasing the stability of the symbiotic system,and reducing the risk of symbiotic systems,improving the defensive system of symbiosis,so as to optimize the interaction between production and the environment.Therefore,based on the economic connotation and characteristics of green mining,the theory of comprehensive externalities,green mining value theory and industrial ecology constitute the theoretical basis of green mining economic development.Chapter 3 investigates the situation of Mining Economy in Tibet's ecotone.Tibet's unique tectonic environment and superior mineralization geological conditions bred the rich mineral resources.The implementation of the western development strategy and the comprehensive investigation of the work of land and resources improves the exploration degree of geological and mineral resources in Tibet,and puts forward the potential of mineralization zone.This paper systematically analyzes the contribution of mining economy in Tibet by using the contribution index and the econometric model.The results show that there is a positive correlation between GDP and Tibet mining industrial GDP.Therefore,a significant impact on the economic development of the whole region has been shown and great economic contribution has been made in promoting the economic growth and raising the GDP of the whole region.There is no obvious improvement in the employment situation in the whole area and economic contribution in general.With the deepening of the reform of the supply side of the mining industry,Tibet mining from the perspective of promoting GDP growth,or from the perspective of improving the employment situation in the region,should be further improved.Chapter 4,Preliminary assess the ecological fragile areas of Tibet and zone.Ecological fragile zone refers to Self-restoring poor ecological environment area with the structural instability of the environment and the sensitive to external disturbance factors,which is easy to develop in the direction of environmental deterioration under the interference of the outside world.It has the characteristics of strong environmental sensitivity,weak anti-jamming ability,and obvious environmental degradation trend,weak carrying capacity of important ecological function,poor economic development,weak government public service ability and spatial carrier of various contradictions.ES,EE and EP are combined to construct a multi-objective and multi-level evaluation index system,which is based on the idea of "stress-state-response”.Then a comprehensive evaluation method of ecological environment vulnerability combined with comprehensive index method,analytic hierarchy process and GIS comes out.According to the characteristics of that Tibet's ecological environment is high,cold,dry,shortage,wind,sand and steep,the evaluation index system is designed,then Tibet is divided into ecological fragile area of northern,central,southern and eastern Tibet by origin,and the spatial differentiation rules of ecologically fragile areas were described.Chapter 5,puts forward the economic development model of green mining in the ecologically fragile areas of Tibet.Tibet's mining economic activities must be highly benign and coupled with the fragile ecological environment,and implement different development ideas and models.Based on the concept of green mining development model,the spatial transformation model of mining development in local transformation and remote transformation is constructed.On the basis of this,the development model of "mine + mining + industrial park" is put forward.The development of geothermal mineral resources can be directly developed by geothermal power generation and geothermal energy.The mineral water develops research-industry-culture integration model.Mine water should adopt the recycling and reuse mode of underground to ground and the R&D-mining test model of salt lake mineral resources to realize the sustainable development of Tibet's green mining economy.Chapter 6 puts forward the policy suggestion of green mining economic development in ecologically fragile areas of Tibet.Tibet is an important national security barrier,but also an important ecological security barrier and strategic resource reserve base.And mining is an important economic growth point in Tibet.To achieve the green mining economy and change the mining development model,we must strengthen the exploration degree of the geological and mineral resources and water,identify the mineral resources,submit great mineral resources base and regulate the mining rights market and its management.We should scientifically plan green mine construction,multi – angle and all-round to create green mine demonstration area.Make sure that the role of Tibet's state-owned geological prospecting units,and actively promote the reform of the system and mechanism,build a strong public welfaregeological survey team,straighten out the channels of technology and talent,actively adopt the measures of internal training and strengthen the construction of mining personnel.The innovation point of thesis is as following:(1)Study on the Contribution of Mining Economy in Ecologically Vulnerable Region of TibetTibet's important strategic resource reserve base.In the meantime,for low ecological fragility and high degree of mineral resources exploration,belonging to large or ultra-large mineral deposits and great minerals,for the national urgent or strategic emerging minerals,should be planned and implemented by stage green development and utilization to establish national mineral resources base.Based on the concept of green mining development model,the spatial transformation model of mining development in local transformation and remote transformation is constructed.On the basis of this,the development model of "mine + mining + industrial park" is put forward.The development of geothermal mineral resources can be directly developed by geothermal power generation and geothermal energy.The mineral
