Based On Human Capital Property Of The Operators Of Equity Incentives

The cental topic of the thesis is the research on the operator's option incentive based on the property right of human capital. Enterprise's operator is the soul of an enterprise, and a kind of important and rare human capital of economic development. The human capital formed in the growing process of the operator and the active using of it result in more contributions than the material capital on creating the profits. So the main body of the human capital has the right to share the enterprise's profits.This paper is based on the "economics -- social people" and changes the traditional structure that the client and the deputy are apart. And the paper expatiates the running mechanism of the operator's option incentive and how to make the value of the human capital as more as possible based on the property right of human capital with the view of loaves and fishes mechanism, the compensation mechanism of the human capital, social value mechanism etc.The thesis is made up of four parts:The first part is foreword, which explains the purpose and meaning of my thesis, the research trends home and abroad, the main solved problems and the research method of my thesis.The second part analizes the disadavantage of the "client —deputy" and the "economics people " or "social people" and expatiates the operator's option incentive that the client and the deputy are uniting based on "economis —social people".The third part analizes the meaning , the characristic , the composing and the connection with the operator's option incentive and experiates the owenership, profitable right and the using rate of the operator's option incentive.The forth part of the paper puts forward the designing principal, the dynamic option incentive model, the running mechanism and analizes the problems of the option incentive and gives the suggestions.
