Entrepreneurial Human Capital In The Context Of Knowledge-based Economy Incentive And Restraint Mechanisms

In the process of further reforming Chinese enterprises and the establishment of modern enterprise systems, it is widely accepted that entrepreneur human capital has become souls of enterprises, which can lead the whole enterprises to compete in the fiercely competitive business world. Outstanding entrepreneur hnman capital is the most precious human resources in enterprises, for the prosperity of an enterprise depends largely on the role entrepreneur human capital plays. With entering into the knowledge-base economy times, both the inside environment and the outside enviromnent confronted with by enterprises have made great changes. Entrepreneur human capital ought to makecorresponding reaction to these changes because of its important role. At the same time. the traditional mechanism should be improved for its monotony and the low level. Then a new effective incentive and restraint mechanism should be established. Therefore, how to give incentive and restraint to entrepreneur human capital is a thesis having a more important theoretical and practical economics.Theories of economics and management arc applied to fully analyze the incentive and restraint mechanism of entrepreneur human capital. First. in this dissertation, the condition of research about theory of entrepreneur human capital is recounted, and then a conception of the researched object based on the research background is given; Secondly, the theory basis and function of entrepreneur human capital are detailed demonstrated, by the way of combination of theory and practice, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, normative and demonstrated research; Thirdly, on the basis of theoretic analyses and in reference to the way of incentive and restraint entrepreneur human capital, the function of the mechanism of compensation, honor, competition, legal restrictionsupervision, which impels and constraints entrepreneur human capital is systematically anglicized. The multivariate and dynamic entrepreneur human capital incentive mechanism and ordered restraint mechanism arc established. Both of them provide useful lessons with the purpose of Chinese enterprises reformation." Finally, according to the view of this dissertation, the current era is specialized of knowledge-base economy times. In accordance to the characteristic property of entrepreneur human capital, and aimed at the problems of incentive and restraint mechanism in Chincse enterprises reformation, constructive suggestions and operated measures are made, in order to make entrepreneur human capital management behavior in line with the benefit of owners of the enterprises.
