The purpose of this study is the enterprises how to initiate and to apply Six Sigma in the organization to increase customer satisfaction and to reduce cost by improving process capability of the product and services, hence to survive and to grow in the fierce and competitive environment in which the winner survives and the rest are out.Six Sigma is a system engineering in substance that pursues super strict quality requirements. The quality system of Six Sigma is a typical complex system with multi-factors. These factors include man, machine, materials, method, measurement, environment and so on. Among them, existing complicated non-linear relationships. Thus, the implement of Six Sigma is a complicated system engineering, and it must be directed by the theory and methodologies of system science and system engineering. WuLi-ShiLi-RenLi (WSR) methodology is just an efficient way to direct the realization of Six Sigma. In this article, by using an eastern idea of systems engineering, the author probed the advanced western management method being practiced in Chinese enterprise.The thesis studied "Wuli", "shili", "Renli "of the practice of Six Sigma quality management. Especially studied "shili" as follow: the right selection of item, the model of DMAIC and the design of Six Sigma, the advanced tools of quality, as well as "Renli" as follow: the mode of organization and the explanation of role, the responsibility of leader and the requirement of Black Belt, training and education of Six Sigma. The process of the implement of Six Sigma quality management is proposed in this phrase.In this thesis, the author studied and analyzed the evaluation of customer satisfaction which is an evaluation of outside effect. The theory of customer satisfaction is introduced. The general evaluation architecture of customer satisfaction for Product is proposed. The methods of evaluation are presented: Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation , Fuzzy Multiple Index and Topsis Approach.
