Northern Shaanxi Energy And Chemical Base Development Mechanism

Energy sources is the motivity of economic development, it makes very important role in promoting the comprehensive, healthy development of economy and society, and the improvement in people's living level. Since 1970's, the demand for energy sources has been blooming in all over the world. To satisfy the demand, all countries have adjusted the strategy of energy sources in time, and innovated exploitative mechanism of energy sources. At the same time, the new trend of advocating energy sources safe, exploiting new and reproducible energy sources, economizing energy sources, sustainable development of energy sources industry is appeared in the world. The north of Shaanxi province is abundance in coal, oil, natural gas, rock salt and so on, it's the main region of supplying electricity, natural gas, and coal for the east of China, and whether the energy sources industry in this region can be developed healthily is in relation to the development of the economy and society in local, Shaanxi province, even our country directly. However, after two times investigation to the Base and having analyzed a multitude of the first-hand datum, I found out a lots of problems about investment, harmonious development, sustainable development, compensation, distribution of profits, and these problems are restricting seriously the Base's development. Based the trend of energy sources industry in the world and the Base's situation, under my tutor's guide, I studied the exploitative mechanism of energy sources, and bring forward some corresponding imagination to perfect it with qualitative and quantitative method, investigation by myself, comparative and analytic method. The research on exploitative mechanism of Chemical Industry Base for Energy sources in the North of Shaanxi Province has great significance for the sustainable development of the economy and society in local, Shaanxi province, even our country. This thesis is made up by seven parts. The first part is leadin, this part introduces the thesis' background and significance, the object and method of research, the basic thoughts and structure, and contribution in brief. The second part is literature summary, at one hand, this part introduces some correlative theories about the exploitative mechanism of energy sources and apocalypses; at another hand, it summarizes the views about the exploitative mechanism of energy sources in academe. The third part is theoretical research, it introduces some basic theoretical knowledge about the exploitative mechanism of energy sources.
