China's Industrialization And Urbanization, The Coordinated Development Of The Institutional Basis

As the two wings of socio-economic development , industrialization and urbanization is the way to modernization ,If industrialization is the economic content of society development ,then urbanization is the society content of economic development According to statistics in 2005,China's total population is 1310 million, Urbanization is 43.41%,and most of people is still in the village , compared to other countries that have the similar development level ,my country"s urbanization is lagged Being the two sides of society economic development ,their uncoordinated relationship must impact China's economic development, and therefore the study for relationship not only has the theoretical significance ,but only has the practical significance.Industrialization and urbanization ,as the two sides of social structure change in the same process ,which process is not only manifested in the interaction between the two ,more importantly manifested in institutional arrangements. Based on this ,the paper attempts to built a bridge between the structure of the socio-economic development and institutional arrangements Comparative analysis methods will be permeated with general and partial analysis ,by analyzing ,we find that our industrialization and urbanization has the deviations which not only has phasic feature but also has regional characteristic s .The phasic feature is mainly embodied in : with China's economic reform speeding up and marketization level improving ,their deviation has the trend towards reduction ; deviation from the regional characteristics of view ,eastern region is the coordination of industrialization and urbanization ,and western region of urbanization is lagged ,The paper use the system analysis methods to give the explaination above from a institution structure perspective : the formal institutional arrangements unreasonable ;the informal system lagged and inadequate institutional environment are important reasons for China's industrialization and urbanization's deviation . At the same time, providing measurement methods to give empirical testing .On the basis of a brief analysis of urbanization lagged behind industrialized, we noted constrains mainly as follows :gather effect is poor ; underemployment ;serious environmental pollution .At the same time ,giving them the coordinated development path: deepening economic reform ; developing non-agriculture industries ; urbanization will be further upgraded to modern industrial city ;develop a complete system of market,The major innovation proposed two : first ,the innovation of analytical perspective ,from the structure of system giving the explanation for both deviation ; second , the innovation of analytical methods ,the system will bi used to replace market rate ,thereby building the simple linear model between market rate and deviation ,At the same time, comparative analysis methods will permeate in whole approach and local analysis methods ,trying to give the complete picture between industrialization and urbanization .
