| Housing Accumulation Fund is an important part of China's housing ensuring system. While it has been greatly contributing to the improvement of residents' housing situation and to the stimulation of the economic development in the past twenty years, it also faces more and more challenging issues. In order to make the Housing Accumulation Fund more competitive in the market, this paper suggests five reformation measures for this system. |
