However, it still exist some effect and problems.In order to effectively solve the relative problems in the course of carrying-out National Student Loans, this thesis analyzes the main factors which influence the supply and demand of National Student Loans, make a cause analysis and come to the conclusion "the demand of National Student Loans is larger than the supply. It exist large finance gap and it belongs to critical shortage of the supply because of the deficiencies in system arrangement. It in fact forces the commercial institution to supply public good." The way to clear bottleneck of supply is to clear the deficiency of current system and to perfect the design of the system. In order to clear "market failure" phenomena, on the basis of compare to the different countries and regions, come to the conclusion that it must draw into guarantee system to solve the problem of dissymmetrical information;On the basis of compare to the student loan repayment ratio in the world, it analyze the contrast of profit between the operator of commercial bank and the student who can repay the loan, come to the conclusion that the utility is optimum only when the bank supply loans and the student choose honest in repayment ,bring up relative countermeasures.On the basis of the analysis the largest repayment in National Student Loans by the way of finance management model, analyze the influence of both to prolong the deadline of repayment and to take further study for repayment burden, and obtain the conclusion that both can effectively decrease the repayment burden;Currently the repayment burden of poor student is too heavy, so it have to both limit the increase of tuition and perfect the assistance measures to decrease the repayment burden.In accordance with the economical study of the National Student Loans, this thesis carries out empirical research on the basis of case of Kunming University of Science and Technology, proceeds analysis in system perfect and risk circumvent and bring up optional countermeasures and advice.
