| ABSTRACT:Along with the rapid economic development, the municipal transport construction has made an unprecedented progress, but the harmful byproducts like ecosystem deterioration etc, have also surged. So harmonious transport, part of harmonious society, has come to be born and being used widely in government and transport department. But how to evaluate the harmonious transport is a problem lacking of systematic research.Firstly, this paper argues the intentions and meanings of the study and summaries the related literature and does a thorough study of the connections and differences among harmonious transport, green transport, eco-transport and sustainable transport. Secondly, by studying the influential factors of municipal transport, this paper establishes a comprehensive municipal Beijing harmonious transport evaluation system which includes four aspects:transport service standard; scientific transport resource distribution; corresponding development of transport and transport environment; adaptability of transport and transport culture. This paper concludes 15 evaluating items of harmonious transport evaluation system. Based on entropy-weight method and grey related analysis, finally, this paper concludes a comprehensive evaluation model to perform the demonstration research. Through modeling and calculation, we confirm the related sequences of entropy weight and evaluating targets and we also acquire the tendency of the transport harmony degree of Beijing from the year of 2001 to 2008, and the result is the transport harmony degree is improving. |
