On This Stage Of Project Financing In China's Power Industry And Improvement

Project finance as one of a kind of innovation in the international financial market, has already appeared as far back as fifty or sixty times of the 20th century. It is popularized and applied world-widely after the middle period in the 1980s. Project finance was recommended getting in our country in middle period of the eighties, too. Project finance has obtained great success in infrastructure construction especially in power industry, accelerated the development of China power industry greatly.For the limit of our social and economic environment, there are some problems in project financing theory practicing. It is our instance mission to understand these problems and settle them, so that project financing theory can serve for our power industry developing well. That's also the purpose of this text.Securitization mode of the assets with the trust platform is one of innovation in our country and we can utilize the trust platform to evade the system obstacle existing in our country in securitization of assets. In addition, the article has not carried on too much on some routine questions existing in our country uses of project finance, but based on concrete power industry, developed into and mainly described with the new theory of project finance of the present stage.
