As an energy-conserved,landing-saving,environment-friendly communication media,subway provides a pratical and feasible solution to traffic jam and haze aggravation in in China cities.More and more competent department has it involved in development project.This offers the subway construction industry flourishing.On the other hand,the lack of engineering management,especially the ability of risk analysis and handling,prominents.How to introduce various advanced engineering management methods,especially the substantial achievements to engeneering risk management,apperveive risks in advance,handle them effectively,so that complete the project in time,save cost,,has been attached more and more seriously.First,based on approached research achievements,dealing with the fact that no subway-related risk evaluation index system has been proposed,this article put forward more practical subway risk evaluation index system.We add innovation risk to the system,so that the compositive risk influence can ben detected.Secondly,considering lasting risk analysis methods mainly based on qualitative analysis and lack of quantitive proportion,introduce improved-BP ANN algorithm to reduce the influence of subjective weight,leading to more accurate,more effective results.Provide the decision makers more robust decision support.Last but not least,provided the analysis results of AHP approach,targeted risk coping suggestions are made to lead the project managers to more efficient scheme.
