At present, enterprise's cultural construction and HRM's development face more and more problems and challenges .The subject which need be solved rapidly by enterprises is how to solve these problems and invite these challenges .This text considers that the crux that the problem lies in is to construct interactive model between enterprise's cultural and HRM ,and exert their interaction of encouragement and promotion, improve coordination and the efficiency, which is prefer to finding solutions by themselves.This text has explained the basic theories and the theory framework of corporate culture and HRM, and analyzed the relations, and then, the interactions between enterprise's cultural construction and HRM carefully, finally, has given the interactive model. Its purpose is to attempt to provide an efficient way of confronting for enterprise's cultural construction and HRM's development of the enterprises of our country.
