Human resource play an important role in the development of social and economy as the unique active and lively resource .With the deepening of opening up and reform, the flow of human resource becomes more andmore frequent .Business competition is becoming more and more relied on advanced technology and talent. The employees with excellent skills will provide the company great advantages over its competitors. Therefore human resource development and management plays vital role in today's cross-culture enterprises.Based on the theories and practice of modern human resource management, we analyzed the current human resource management statusand the flowing reason of cross-culture enterprises .We also point out the drawbacks of the cross-culture enterprises pattern. The article's research mainly focused on the management model to the cross-culture enterprises human resource. We present a re-engineering proposal of human resource management to the company in order to help the cross-culture enterprises finding out a better way to develop its staff and its competition capability.
