At present, the cultural construction and human resource management development of enterprises are facing more and more problems and challenges. The subject which need be solved rapidly by enterprises is how to solve these problems and confront these challenges .This text considers that be critical point to solve that be problem lies in how to build up interactive model between the cultural construction and the human resources management development of the enterprises and their interaction model and make them to encourage and support each other. Improve coordination and the efficiency, which is preferred to finding solutions by themselves.This text has explained the basic theories and the theoretical framework of corporate culture and human resources management, analyzed the relations, and the interactions between enterprise's cultural construction and human resources carefully, finally it has given the interactive model. Its purpose is to provide an efficient way of confronting for enterprise's cultural construction and human resources development of the enterprises of our country.
