The development of enterprises in today's world is a cultural victorytime, a business management and the culture are closely related. Corporateculture of an enterprise is the foundation of the survival and development, itis the status of a magic weapon to the enterprise which is unbeaten in thecompetitiom. Corporate culture is the core value, affect the operating resultsof enterprises and employees.Of course, eventually the competitiveness of enterprises arecompetitive people, Human resources are the most valuable corporatesocial resources. How managing, educating, employing people are the mostimportant and difficult to resolve problems that enterprises have. Anddifferent companies have different human resource management models,this is because the corporate culture plays a subtle role.First of all, in this paper, it is beginnging from the corporate cultureand human resources two theories, to draw the correlation between the twotheories. And through the corporate culture and human resourcemanagement's features and functions, analyzing the corporate culture andhuman resources management and the practical application of the internalcontact in the process of interactive. After than, proposed building acorporate culture and human resources management's interactive mode.External environment analysis, Positioning the core of enterprise culture, Combination of human resources management strategy and enterprisestrategy, Assessment feedback are consisting of the interactive mode's fourelements, Analyzing of its inherent mechanism and its application fromthem. Because the model is dynamic, so against China's national conditions,analyzing the domestic enterprise culture and the status of HumanResources Management, puting forward improvement measures. And onthis basis, analyzing four specific elements of the specific implementationenvironment, making proper adjustments to the Interactive mode to adapt tothe requirements of China's characteristics.Finally, this article is through the QianJin's corporate culture andhuman resources management interactive case analysis, complementing andimproving the feasibility and necessity of the interaction. This articleattempts to play a guiding significance in both the construction anddevelopment for Chinese enterprises.
