The enterprise perfonnances evaluation is the core question in the economic system, which is an important topic both the enterprise community and accountant community pays attention to. With the economical globalization and the trade integration speeding up unceasingly, and after China joining WTO, consulting enterprise speeds up in China, but which in the overall still is at the mature stage, also has a certain distance with the overseas consulting enterprise. In the whole the advisory service still was in a low level, the serviceability is quite weak. In recent years, the enterprise decision-making strata pays more and more attention the performances evaluation of consulting enterprise, which are the key and the hot spot of the enterprise performances evaluation.On the basis of forefathers' research results, this article has carried on more systematic research on the performances evaluation of the consulting enterprise. Firstly, the thesis summarizes home and abroad the development and future of the research actuality of the consulting enterprise performances evaluation; Secondly, summarizes characteristic of the consulting enterprises, designs the performance evaluation index system based on the BSC, and based on the analysis and evaluation of the traditional performance evaluation methods, the article put forwards the subjective and objective bestowing weight method, and designs the subjective, objective and integrated performances evaluation model; Finally, taking Mianyang CE Corporation as the example, the article actualizes application analysis. The result of study indicates that the subjective, objective and integrated performances evaluation model realizes the research aim of the thesis and takes on stronger application value.Main conclusions derived from the research are:①From the financial dimension, the customer dimension, internal flow dimension, the study and the growth dimension four dimensions embarked, the thesis designs consulting enterprise performances evaluation index system based on the BSC.②Through the comparative analysis, the thesis uses the subjective and objective bestowing weight method defining index weight, solves the weight establishment one-sidedness, which is caused by the expert individual experience.③The thesis summarizes characteristic of the consulting enterprises, union consulting enterprises' own characteristic, designs the subjective, objective and integrated perfonnances evaluation model.④The thesis applies the subjective, objective and integrated performances evaluation method in the consulting enterprises performances evaluation, produces the application demonstration, which helped the superintendent to appraise the enterprise performances well and make the correct decision-making.
