As Henan province industrial enterprise's typical representative, the mainstay enterprises play the huge role in promoting overall economic potentiality. From the institutional economics angle of view, the paper analyzes the enterprise's growth and the system arrangement co relational dependence rule, through the system supply and system demand analysis, to propose the solution to support the continue growth of the mainstay enterprises.There is a simple review of the past theory in the preface. From the review, we have traced the institution arrangement and the enterprise growth interaction relations theory development and evolution, and provide the research design on the basis of the summaries.The second chapter analyses the basic theory of the institution and the institution transition. We believe that the enterprise's growth have the general regularity: enterprise's growth is a institution transition process and has the way dependent characteristic; the official institution arrangement and the unofficial institution arrangement both have the influence on the growth of the enterprise.The third chapter analyzes the institutional characteristic of the mainstay enterprise' growth from the angle of the institution supply.
