On The Growth Of Private Enterprises In The Transition Period In China

China government has being trying to transform the planned economy system into the market economy system since the year of 1978. This transformation is conducted in an evolutionary process. During the transition process, China has become the focus of world attention in the field of economic performance, especially the rebirth and rapid growth of private enterprise.Accompanying the transformation of China economic system and social structure, private enterprise has grown up from the crevice of traditional system and become stronger in the solid of market economy since 80s of 20 century. The private enterprise distributes social resource based on the market mechanism and uses the engaging relations to combine and utilize the essential factors of production. It has become an important component of our county's socialist market economy through 20 years'development. Being the most active economic element, private enterprise has become a significant power in starting non-government capital, widening the employing channels, pulling economic growth, optimizing the framework of ownership system and promoting the process of industrialization and urbanization. Private enterprise is an indispensable part of the national economy and social development.Review history, being one part of capitalism or the socialism's denial objective, private enterprise has been gradually perished in the period of planned economy.
