The realistic circumstances and various of requests of value and morality have brought us difficulties .People begin to focus their attention on the morality in finance and economics. Therefore, it is necessary to research the mrorality as an important issue.The article dicussed ethical thought and moral criterion with historical and logical ways. It opened out the traits and developmental phase. In the later part , it gave the credict as a example which is the most important question in finance and economics. Meantime, the article analysed the process of the credit construction and the failure of morality with the theories in psychology, economics, and systems. At the same time, it looked credict morality as asystem which consisted of several elements and discussed how these elements built the system in homeostasis. It helps to better understand the reason why people did not practice the morality. At last, the article gave several proposals on how to solve the questions.
