| The parent-subsidiary enterprise management is a necessary topic which all large corporations must face in their growth course, and also a focus point in the domestic and outside academic fields. The research of parent-subsidiary corporate management hasn't been developed very long in China, no more than to establish a complete system frame. In correspondence with it, parent-subsidiary enterprise, the mainstream form of enterprises, still has serious problems in management and control, especially in centralization and decentralization. This thesis, based on the present findings of domestic and outside research, began with solving the practical problem that the parent-subsidiary company meet in its personnel management and control, analyzed all kinds of factors and carries on the valid analysis of the human resource management in parent-subsidiary enterprise. Then, founded on the modern enterprise theory, the theory of property rights, the principal-agent theory, the contractual theory and so on, this paper proposed four basic patterns of personnel management in parent-subsidiary enterprise. According to the key points of pattern choice, the thesis conducted match research to the pattern choice through the flexibility and logical methods. Finally, the thesis analyzed the practical application of personnel management pattern in parent-subsidiary enterprise by case comparison. This thesis established a logic mapping from both theory aspect and practice aspect, hoping to do a benefit to the enterprises which are struggling with the trouble of human resource management. |
