Community involved in tourism refers to the residents in the area of host participation in development of the whole process, and through their participation affected by economic, social and other interests. It becomes an important part and indispensable link of the process in the sustainable development of tourism.This paper takes Lugu Lake— located on the junction of Yunnan and Sichuan in China there Mosuo people habitat— as a case study. From the background characteristics of the Lugu Lake tour host areas to micro-villages communities, it takes Luoshui village as the main research targets, comparing with the village of Lige and Wuzhiluo, analyses various communities in varying degrees and their different villages rules, tourism income distribution, democratic awareness and so on. The current questions which the Lugu Lake region faces is the management problem of community and government: they must be strengthened in the resources control and the benefit distribution cooperation mechanism. And in the process of community involved in tourism Lugu Lake community residents self-consciousness and national awareness, environmental awareness are being shaped or reshaped.The national culture tourism, is not a simple changing process influence on the host community, point of view on the microscopic community, which is the government and the community local strength interweaves and the balanced result.In light of these problems, this paper puts forward advices: Firstly, to strengthen the cultural identity of community residents, which is actively method to adjust traditional culture and modernity relations, for getting more economic; environment and social efficiency. Secondly, to establish a perfect mechanism of community involved in tourism, host tourism communities should have equal opportunities to all members and to come true their value of self-realization. Including it is authorized the inhabitant to decide the tourist development goal, and bring into the government in the decision-making.
