Lake Tourism Eco-community Building

The lake-tour eco-community building is not only important for the protection of the lake, but also will comprehensively improve the quality of life for community residents. On the basis of overview research aboat lake tourism, ecological community and tour eco-community,and the theory of tourism sustainable economic development,country tourism and lake tour exploitation,this article discuses the construct thought of the lake-tour eco-community,including mechanism,culture,environmental protection and village appearance. In addition,this article take example of the construct of Fuxian-Lake tour eco-community. This paper is divided into five parts:The first section provides a brief description of lake tourism, eco-communities and tour eco-community, has done a major general of the current point of view, pointed out that the lack, and leads to the issue.Part II deals with concepts and basic theory.On the basis of analyzing the concept proposed by the current scholars,this article defines:Tour eco-community is the human habitation and activities of the area where relying on the development of tourism, community functions and organizations improve, the community provides recreation,catering and entertainment services for visitors, protects local natural environment and social outlook and promotes economic and social sustainable development.Lake-tour eco-community is the human habitation where people make best use of the expertise and resources, human beings live in harmony, functions and agencies are fully coordinated,besides, it is able to provide visitors leisure, catering and entertainment services. This paper also proposed in theory support of lake-tour eco-community building,and build a basic framework.The third part discuses the theory of lake-tour eco-community building, proposes the building idea from the mechanism, culture, environmental protection, village appearance,and builds investment and financing mechanisms, participatory mechanisms, ecological compensation mechanism.The fourth part is empirical studies. With the state of the environment, community status, tourism development, according to Part III on the supporting theory of lake-tour eco-community building,this paper studies Fuxian-Lake tour eco-community building, proposes specific measures, and make the appropriate adjustment of industrial structure.Part V of this article points out the innovation and inadequacies points.
