From professional raw and materials supply, the automobile spare parts manufacturing, the spare parts matching and the whole cars assembling to the retail and after service, the automobile industry have already come into being a series of automobile manufacturing-sale-the service supply chain. As the competition among of the automobile factory has already become to among of the automobile supply chain, the market competition is no longer depend on the ability of the individual, but the ability that comes from the whole supply chain. Transferring the risk to spare parts supply dealer simply has not been the expected impact, and the risk will come back to themselves. Therefore, it has important realistic meaning to the research on the automobile supply chain.The author utilizes the game theory mostly to analyze the automobile supply chain member's cooperative relation and study members' payoff admeasure. On the base of introducing game theory and analyzing the automobile supply chain relative theory, the thesis studies the mechanism of designing the automobile supply chain process, and educes the relation among of the automobile enterprises is lone-term cooperative repeated game relation. And at last, author puts forward to building the automobile enterprises Shapley Value Payoff Admeasure module on the base of operative game theory, and more, author puts forward the automobile enterprises Shapley Value Payoff Admeasure module base on the risk factors to make rational admeasure among the enterprises.
