At present, our country's enterprise progress fast at the crucial moment, but the outstanding problems such as "phenomenon of 59" etc. have appeared on the professional manager playing a key role to enterprise's development. Go into seriously, it is to the professional manager's question improper in encouragement and restraint, and reflect in order to encourage being insufficient mainly. As the main incentive means, the professional manager's salary system should be to encouraging the insufficient question to shoulder main responsibility. How about incentive mechanism of salary improving the professional manager right away succeeds and solves with the key to some upper problems. This study suggest that it is a good method to solve the above problem to proceed from professional manager's human capital value and set up professional manager's salary incentive system. Then, how to measure professional manager's human capital value becomes an urgent problem to be solved. Because of this, research of this study mainly goes on from several following respects:First of all, carry on the summary to the current professional manager's salary incentive system, analyze the question existing among them, put forward necessity of carrying on measuring the human capital value of the professional manager, namely the realistic meaning of this study.Secondly, review and comment the theoretical research of human capital and measuring human capital value. Because this study is devoted to solving how to measure professional manager's human capital value, and professional manager's human advantage is a special kind of human capital, so it is necessary to find the innovations and flaws of the theories and research on this.Thirdly, based on the theory and analysis that has proposed the measurement method of this thesis with the professional characteristic of measuring the key element of manager's human capital value.Finally, combined the theory of the salary, the thesis sets up a kind of salary incentive system based on professional manager's human capital value tentatively, linking up the professional manager's salary and its human capital value closely.This thesis has proposed and verified the professional manager's compensation incentive system based on human capital value on the basis of the theory, current...
