| The enterprise capital operation has been developing in our country since 1990s. The various capital operation methods have appeared continuously such as mergering, purchasing, share system transforming, separation, peeling off and corporation controlling etc. Capital operation has developed greatly as an important and innovative way for development and reformation of the enterprise in our country. After making a comprehensive survey of the various works, the facts are that many of them have discussed the problems on detailed levels of the enterprise capital operation but the analyzing from the angel of face level especially in lengthways level has been less.This article has mainly researched the methods and taetics that our large and middle enterprise can develop the capital operation . First, it expounded foundational theories of capital operation especially about related state-owned enterprise, then it put forward the SOCO State-Owned Capital Operation Model which had directly aimed at self characteristic and the circumstances of our big-and-middle state-owned enterprise .This model has compartmentalized the whole implementation course of capital operation into three levels which are concept level , operation level and environment holding level. The article has detailed discussed the topic that how to develop capital operation effectively in our large and middle state owned enterprise according to the three levels. In the end, the article put forward some suggestions for capital operation in our large and middle state-owned enterprise on the foundation of analyzing its present situations and SOCO model. |
