Consulting affords the information and the intelligence services to the others as the new industry. It is the great part of our social comprehensive service system. It plays an important role in our society which based on knowledge. The development of modern consulting presents the globalization trend and consulting has become more and more professional. Faces the WTO, the market of consulting would be bigger and various latent needs also would be found. The management consulting will have the bigger development space and at the same time it will face the continuously challenges.This paper analyzes the present condition, problem, advantage and opportunities of local management consulting industry. Then the paper summarizes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats the company faces by the SWOT analysis method and establishes the marketing strategic matrix of SWOT. And base on it, the paper puts forward the marketing strategy of the company. At last, the paper designs the detailed methods according to the strategy: the concentration of the marketing strategy , the standardization of the consulting products, and the network-marketing strategy.
