The six sigma through five big steps standard to gradually solving complex problems, the five steps DMAIC, each letter is a step, respectively is definition (create), measurement (momentary), analysis (Analyze), improvement (try), Control (Control), which were taken DMAIC is the first english letter in every step. This objective scientific steps to improve by business process. Similarly, the Six Sigma applied to Design a new method in the field of Six Sigma designs, called Design For Six Sigma, (DFSS). Through these six sigma methods to enhance customer satisfaction, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Following the MOTOROLA, honeywell, such as general electric Nashville after more enterprise pioneer is carried out for the six sigma, until 2000,80% of the fortune 500 manufacturing enterprises have started implementing six sigma management strategy. Then gradually extended to petroleum, chemical industry, finance, telecommunications, medical, logistics, airlines, hotels and other industries. Even some U.S. government also began using the six sigma approach to improve the service ability. Along with the development of advanced scientific tools, pure six sigma development has combined with the famous Japanese management mode lean and process management and supply chain management to solve the fundamental process problems of enterprise currently.This paper, by using empirical analysis theory, the method of use of literature retrieval, data analysis, comparative analysis comprehensively, for Chinese enterprise application fields of six sigma, the characteristics of its marketing strategy explorative study is made, hoping to make X company six sigma related consultation on domestic market conditions have a system for its understanding of the domestic market, expand in indicate the direction. At the same time, this article on operational advisory shut the r&d, marketing and business applications also has a certain significance.
